Can I attend online?

NDC London is an in-person event. Attendees can access talks online. Workshops are in-person only.

When will I receive my ticket?

You will receive your tickets by email a few weeks before the event. Present the ticket to an NDC staff member upon entering the venue and you will be given your conference badge.

How do I add a PO to my ticket purchase?

Email your PO to [email protected] after you have ordered, along with your ticket number.

How do I book the workshop I want to attend?

If you did not select a workshop when registering, a workshop registration email will be sent to you 1 week prior to the event.

What’s the schedule for the event?

NDC London is a 5-day event with 2 days of 1 and 2-day deep-dive workshops followed by 3 days of 60 minutes conference talks.

I bought a ticket including Hotel. Where am I staying?

You will be staying at the The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton, situated close to the venue.

What equipment do I need to participate in the event?

Technical requirements will be emailed to you for specific workshops, the conference does not require any equipment.

Will sessions be recorded?

All conference talks are recorded and will be made public on our YouTube channel approximately one month after the conference. Workshops will not be recorded.

How can I be a speaker at NDC London?

Submit your proposal through the Call for Papers. Deadline 1 September 2023.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

If the conference is cancelled or postponed, tickets will remain valid, and can be used at the next in-person event. Alternatively, attendees can opt for a full refund, or attend online.
